Jason Ross is an innovator, entrepreneur, and the founder of JackThreads, a men’s e-commerce fashion and lifestyle retailer that he grew from an idea in 2006 to a company that earned $100M in annual revenue. Under his leadership, JackThreads became one of Ad Age’s America's Hottest Brands, Inc.'s Fashion Startups to Watch, Entrepreneur’s Top Retail Sites, and the fastest-growing men’s e-commerce company on Internet Retailer’s 500 List. Jason has also served as a trusted advisor to numerous companies, remaining deeply engaged in the online retail space.
In 2015, Jason co-founded Compass Experience Labs to redefine customer service. Based in his hometown of Columbus, Ohio, he brought together a talented team, drawing on the perseverance and focus he developed as an ultramarathon runner.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University.
