Erin Armendinger is the CEO of Compass Experience Labs, where she is committed to delivering outstanding experiences for both customers and employees. With over 30 years of experience across industries like retail, start-ups, and academia, she has developed innovative strategies for employee engagement and customer service, driving meaningful change and measurable results.
Before joining Compass, Erin was a Corporate Officer and Vice President of Employee Experience at Sam’s Club (Walmart) and the first VP of Customer Experience at GGP. Prior to these roles Erin was the Managing Director of the Baker Retailing Center at the Wharton School and, after business school, started her career in retail at Tiffany and Co.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics from American University and an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
